TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: 11 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the REGENTEC website and the services provided by REGENTEC in connection with automotive component restoration and regeneration.

The website is operated by:

REGENTEC

Email: contact@regentec.eu

REGENTEC specializes in professional automotive component restoration and regeneration, with particular expertise in suspension restoration, surface treatment, protective coatings and custom automotive restoration.

By using the website, submitting an enquiry or ordering a regeneration service from REGENTEC, you agree to these Terms.

REGENTEC provides professional automotive component restoration and regeneration services.

Depending on the component and its technical condition, services may include:

  • disassembly and assembly;
  • cleaning and degreasing;
  • corrosion and rust removal;
  • abrasive surface preparation;
  • galvanization and zinc plating;
  • chrome and other surface treatments;
  • powder coating and protective coatings;
  • mechanical restoration and machining;
  • replacement of selected components;
  • inspection and quality control;
  • custom restoration and finishing;
  • suspension component restoration;
  • restoration of classic and performance automotive components;
  • regeneration of other automotive components where technically feasible.

The availability and scope of a particular service depend on the individual component and its condition.

The REGENTEC website provides information about our services, restoration processes and selected automotive components.

Some products displayed on the REGENTEC website are offered for sale through eBay.

The product listings displayed on the REGENTEC website may be retrieved and presented automatically through a third-party integration or plugin.

The REGENTEC website does not operate an independent online shop for these eBay-listed products.

When a customer selects a product displayed through the eBay section of the REGENTEC website, the customer is redirected to or otherwise provided access to the relevant eBay listing.

The purchase of such products is governed by the applicable eBay terms, policies and purchase conditions, as well as the terms stated in the individual eBay listing.

The sales contract for a product purchased through eBay is concluded through eBay and not directly through the REGENTEC website.

REGENTEC may update, remove or change displayed eBay listings without prior notice.

Customers may contact REGENTEC using the enquiry form, email or other contact methods provided on the website.

Customers may submit information such as:

  • photographs of the component;
  • vehicle make and model;
  • part numbers;
  • vehicle identification information;
  • description of the required work;
  • requested finish or restoration method.

The information provided allows REGENTEC to assess the request and, where possible, prepare an initial quotation.

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute acceptance of an order or conclusion of a service contract.

Where necessary, REGENTEC may request additional information or photographs before preparing a quotation.

Before regeneration begins, REGENTEC may inspect the component to determine whether the requested work is technically possible.

A component may be considered unsuitable for regeneration if, for example:

  • it is structurally damaged;
  • it is cracked or severely deformed;
  • corrosion has compromised structural integrity;
  • required dimensions cannot be restored within acceptable tolerances;
  • the component cannot be safely restored;
  • the requested process is technically unsuitable;
  • restoration would not provide a reliable result.

The final technical assessment may only be possible after the physical component has been received.

An initial quotation based on photographs or information supplied by the customer may therefore be subject to revision following physical inspection.

Many REGENTEC services are individually assessed and quoted.

An individual quotation may specify:

  • the scope of work;
  • the regeneration process;
  • additional components or materials;
  • estimated completion time;
  • service price;
  • shipping arrangements;
  • other relevant conditions.

A quotation becomes binding only after it has been accepted by the customer and confirmed by REGENTEC.

REGENTEC reserves the right to refuse an order where the requested work cannot reasonably or safely be performed.

For regeneration services, the customer sends their own automotive component to REGENTEC.

Ownership of the component remains with the customer unless otherwise agreed.

The customer is responsible for sending the component to REGENTEC at their own cost.

The component must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

Where applicable, customers should remove fluids and substances that may create a safety or transportation risk.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that they are legally entitled to send the component for restoration.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for transportation of the component to REGENTEC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The customer may use the carrier of their choice.

REGENTEC recommends using appropriate packaging and, where available, shipment insurance.

REGENTEC is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during transportation to REGENTEC where the shipment has been arranged by the customer.

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for complying with applicable export, customs and shipping requirements.

Further information is provided in the REGENTEC Shipping Policy.

Once the component has been received, REGENTEC may perform a detailed technical inspection.

If the actual condition of the component differs significantly from the information provided before shipment, the scope or price of the service may need to be revised.

REGENTEC will, where reasonably possible, contact the customer before performing additional chargeable work.

If a component cannot be safely or reliably regenerated, REGENTEC may decline to perform the service.

In such circumstances, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.

REGENTEC offers individual and custom restoration solutions.

Depending on the project, these may include:

  • custom colours;
  • powder coating;
  • galvanization;
  • chrome finishes;
  • special protective coatings;
  • individual surface finishes;
  • restoration of rare or classic components;
  • non-standard restoration procedures.

Custom work may be performed according to specifications agreed with the customer.

Because restoration is performed on existing components, the final appearance may vary depending on the original condition, material, previous repairs, corrosion and manufacturing characteristics.

Prices for individual regeneration services are provided in the relevant quotation or other offer.

Payment terms and available payment methods are communicated before the service is commenced.

REGENTEC may require payment in advance before beginning work.

The service will normally commence once the agreed payment has been received and the required component has been delivered to REGENTEC.

For international customers, applicable VAT treatment may depend on the customer’s location, legal status and applicable tax regulations.

Estimated completion times depend on:

  • the type of component;
  • its condition;
  • the scope of work;
  • technical complexity;
  • availability of replacement components;
  • custom requirements;
  • current production workload.

Any completion time provided by REGENTEC is an estimate unless a specific completion date has been expressly agreed in writing.

REGENTEC will make reasonable efforts to complete the work within the estimated timeframe.

After completion of the regeneration service, REGENTEC will return the customer’s component to the address provided by the customer.

Where return shipping is included in the agreed service price, REGENTEC will arrange the shipment.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

Additional shipping or handling costs may arise if:

  • an incorrect address was provided;
  • the shipment is refused or not collected;
  • the parcel is returned to REGENTEC;
  • additional delivery attempts are required;
  • customs procedures generate additional charges.

REGENTEC provides regeneration services to customers located both in Poland and internationally.

International delivery times may vary depending on:

  • destination country;
  • carrier;
  • customs procedures;
  • border controls;
  • local regulations;
  • circumstances outside REGENTEC’s reasonable control.

For shipments outside the European Union, the customer may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, local taxes, brokerage fees and other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such charges are not included in the REGENTEC service price.

REGENTEC performs quality control appropriate to the nature of the restoration service.

Our objective is to restore each component within the agreed scope of work and according to the applicable technical requirements.

Because regeneration involves existing and previously used components, the final appearance may differ from that of a new factory-produced component.

Minor differences in surface structure, colour, texture or other visual characteristics may occur depending on the material and original condition of the component.

REGENTEC provides applicable statutory rights and, where expressly offered, a commercial warranty for particular services or components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory statutory rights applicable to consumers.

Warranty or statutory claims may be affected where damage results from:

  • incorrect installation;
  • improper use;
  • use contrary to the intended purpose;
  • modifications performed by third parties;
  • mechanical damage occurring after delivery;
  • failure to follow applicable installation or operating instructions;
  • normal wear and tear where permitted by law.

Any commercial warranty offered by REGENTEC does not replace or reduce mandatory statutory rights.

Complaints concerning a REGENTEC service should be submitted by email:

contact@regentec.eu

Where possible, the complaint should include:

  • customer name;
  • order or quotation number;
  • description of the issue;
  • photographs or other supporting information.

Complaints will be processed in accordance with applicable Polish and European Union law.

Mandatory consumer rights and statutory deadlines remain unaffected by these Terms.

Where applicable, consumers entering into distance contracts have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The statutory right of withdrawal may be affected or excluded in circumstances provided by applicable law.

In particular, where a consumer expressly requests that a service begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the consumer may be required to pay for the part of the service already performed if the consumer subsequently withdraws.

Where a service has been fully performed with the consumer’s express prior consent and the consumer has been informed that completion of the service results in the loss of the right of withdrawal, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease to apply.

Services involving components prepared or modified according to individual customer specifications may also be subject to statutory exceptions where the relevant legal conditions are met.

REGENTEC will provide information and obtain any legally required consent before commencing such services.

Automotive components may affect vehicle safety and performance.

REGENTEC recommends that safety-critical components be installed by a suitably qualified professional.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that regenerated components are installed correctly and used in accordance with their intended purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
